Liverpool is more infamous for that and is the butt of more jokes.
If you want to be really pedantic the car could well have been stolen and now the wheels have been knicked by someone else. So too has the Blaupunkt Multi Media System been stolen from iside the car, as have the alpine speakers, and the shopping that was on the back seat, the skag and snow has also been taken along with a huge some of money in notes that was in a brief case in the boot,and the loose chnage in the ashtray for toll bridges and car parks, and the shooter that was in the glove compartment. :lol: |

Its definately scousers, thieving scallys, they used to go on major robbing trips when Liverpool were in Europe in the 70's and 80's. Scousers were the best and most expensively dressed dole/benifit claimers ever.
That car if it was GTA Manchester would be a burnout wreck :lol: |
