Gary Anderson saw off 13-time world champion Phil Taylor 7-3 to win the Bullit World Darts Trophy in Utrecht.
It completed a unique Dutch double for Scottish No. 1 who in May also won the International Darts League in Holland.
Anderson edged past Andy Hamilton 6-5 in the semi-finals, while defending champion Taylor reached the final with a 6-2 win over Mervyn King.
Anderson's single-dart average against Taylor was 34.47, compared to 34.02 for Stoke-on-Trent's 'The Power'.
All the big names were there from the BDO and the PDC. |
