Won by Phil "The Power" Taylor for the 7th time, beating Terry Jenkins 7-4.

This is the tournament where its double in as well as double out.

Although Jenkins lost in the final, he has qualified for next years Sky Premier League and replaces Wayne Mardle as Mardle was knocked out in the 2nd round.

He is awesome, but he's not done the clean sweep of Major tournaments, Barnaveld has beat him twice this year and John Part took one of the Majors, the Las Vegas Desert Classic I think.

Still hungry, loves winning and is gracious when beaten as well.

I watched a bit of this, even though he's great, Phil Taylor is making it rather boring to watch. The PDO world championship is going to be great to watch in the new year though seeing how Barney has switched organisations. It looks like the most wide open world championship for years! :)

Taylor would destroy the BDO tournaments as well, when they took part in a cross code competition earlier this year, he met and hammered Martin Adams in the final, Adams is the BDO world number one.

Its up to the other players to raise their game and standards.
