Mayweather will win on points. Hatton is already saying he's near the weight which is a good indication that light welterweight is his weight limit. In his last fight at the weight he struggled against Collazo and Mayweather is a class above that lad. Mayweather has also proven he can live at this weight and higher. I hope Hatton can turn it into a fight. But I think Mayweather will probably use his boxing skills to outrun him on points and go home with another big cheque and another smug grin on his face.

Oh well, thats another hope dashed! Fairplay to Hatton, there was'nt much he could do really to stop the inevitable. Never seen Maywether fight before but Jesus that guy's fast!! Had Ricky not been stopped and unless something drastic happened, he was gonna lose on points.

Geezer's got a lot of heart and he certainly took some punishment but i wonder whether he will now continue to fight, cos who is there left to fight in his weight level.

I think he will carry on but dropping back down a weight might be the best option.
