It should go to Harry Redknapp for service to the scapegoat industry.

That would put him in a three-way tie with Surly Alex Ferguscum and sweaty Frankenstein's monster look-a-like Allardyce.

I've gone for Hatton, his City fan status tips the scales for him over Calzaghe for me.
I'm not being disrespectful to PP here but Hamilton is just another dull F1 jock, they all seem to be the same to me. Mansell, Schumacher, Hill, Coulthard and so forth - all of them with the charm of an grouchy automaton and personality wise you'd be hard pressed to slip a Rizla between them. Anyone slightly eccentric such as Irvine don't seem to last too long.
Still, it's a living I guess and you're guaranteed a decent wedge and the chance to slip into some top quality totty.

Did you catch Lewis on Top Gear the other night? I'd say he had far more personality in his little finger than all those other bores you mentioned put together!

Yeah i though he came across quite well, did'nt like him before but after watching that i've reconsidered my opinion of him now.

One of my clients is Goodwood, and he was down there this summer for the festival of speed, apperently his dad is an egomaniac, going round asking people if they would like his autograph! (Dad's, not Lewis's!)

Can't believe Joe Calzaghe won! He's been a great champion but this year has only been fighting chumps! :x

agreed!

It sould have gone to Hatton, i stayed up all night Saturday/Sunday to watch the fight, and even though he lost, he showed heart and pride and tenacity, something that we're a bit short of at the moment in British sport. Thought it was prophetic that there was'nt one footballer in the top 10, bunch of overpaid, pandered dullards!

Calzaghe is a world champion, has been one for 10 years and before the vote his achievements were largely perceived to be unappreciated and unrecognized by the British public.

Lewis Hamilton is not a world champion. He has fled to Switzerland to avoid paying taxes and maybe he will win Swiss sports personality of the year. Oh, I forgot, in November the Swiss people elected a party to power that made election promises to kick black people out of Switzerland (using the N word in its campaign). So maybe not.

People took the piss out of Jon Arne Riise when his pay slip was leaked, cos he earned millions, but at least he paid his tax. He contributes more to my country than I ever will be able to, so fair play to him.

So well done Calzaghe, and Harry, keep up your stubborn silence, the Beeb can't try and blacken your name with out any proof, then expect you to play ball.

Glad Joe won, but at the end of the day he's fought no marks.

Its alright him chasing hopkins now, why was he not going after the big boys earlier, like Jones Jnr, Lights Out Toney and Hopkins. He should have done it earlier, christ Clinton Woods fought Jones Jnr a few years ago !
