Police in Jamaica are holding a man in connection with the killing of former heavyweight champion Trevor Berbick.
Local police told the BBC a man had been arrested over the killing on Saturday in the Portland region of the island, but no-one had been charged.
Senior Detective Sergeant Kenneth Bailey of the Port Antonio Criminal Investigation Branch, is quoted by the paper as saying: "He reportedly left one of the local night spots between the hours of 1.45 to 2am Saturday and headed for home.
"The body had four wounds to the back of the head, as he was probably attacked from behind.
"The impression and damage done to the skull have indicated that a machete may have been used by his attacker or attackers to murder him."
Police believe the attack was not a robbery because Berbick was found with cash and no attempt had been made to enter his house a few feet from where he was found. |

It seems that one of his nephews was responsible for the attack.
